These include: Prior and Post purchase of VTPL’s Membership, Exchange program,VTPL collects information about members and prospects at the time when a person first joins a program and while a person is a member. The main categories of information we collect relate to a person’s general contact information, personal details including spouse/family members details such as name, age range, gender, demographic information like post code, preferences, interest, professional details, address, contact information including e-mail address, use of the program, payment details, responses to surveys, Know Your Customer (KYC) documents and other details, which are usually collected directly from the member. VTPL Resort Management: VTPL collects personal information related to bookings and as necessary for other purposes related to the management of the resort facility. Further personal information may be collected in specific instances such as in the event of an incident occurring on site for legal and insurance reasons. VTPL collects information on individuals when they book their travel arrangements, in order to process the transaction and to fulfil booking requests with travel and tourism operators.

Our purpose in collecting information about you is to provide you with personalized membership services, including exploring options like exchanging your holiday accommodation entitlements. VTPL uses personal information in several different ways in operating our membership programs and operating our business, improve our product and services, and most of these uses are clear from the circumstances. We also use your personal information for internal quality assurance purposes. VTPL provides personal information to resort operators in order to facilitate a booking that you have requested. Otherwise, VTPL does not routinely disclose personal information, except where it is necessary to provide you with a service that you have requested such as to make bookings for your travel with airlines. Currently, ICBI has Centers at the following locations: Mumbai (Andheri West, Churchgate, and Thane West), New Delhi, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Jaipur, Pune, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru (Koramangala & St. Mark’s Road), Chandigarh, Chennai, Hyderabad, Surat and Vadodara. If the customer resides in a city where ICBI does not have a Center, the Image Scope session shall be facilitated via SKYPE or similar tool.
Your 90-minutes Image Scope session comes with a 100% money-back guarantee (after the Image Scope session has been completed by the expert Image Consultant). If you feel that it has not added any value, you can ask for a full refund – no questions asked.
The details as given by you while making the payment will only be used by ICBI to facilitate the Image Scope service, and to occasionally send you emailers informing you of latest offers/ workshops/ trends in the Image Consulting industry.
You may cancel/ reschedule your Image Scope session, provided it is done at least 24-hours before your scheduled session date & time. This is essential since the expert Image Consultant’s time is already booked in advance for you. Refund and cancellation policy The Member is entitled to cancel the Membership within 10 days from the date of application of Membership and obtain full refund of the payment made subject to deduction of Cost of Holidays availed and Cost of Promotional Offers, if any. After the expiry of 10 days, Member is not entitled to refund of the Membership Fees on any account whatsoever. VTPL shall refund the amount within 60 working days from the date of receipt of valid request for withdrawal of application.
